Main Feature:
The gate valve refers to a valve opened or closed with its closing member (the disc) moving perpendicularly along the passageway axis of pipe-line.The forged steel valves design is optimized by the most advanced FEA (finite element analysis) in accordance with API602, EN/ISO15761, ANSI B16.34 and GB/T 12234. All components are manufactured using CNC machine centers to ensure consistent high quality.Standard for gate valves:Design standard: API 602, EN/ISO15761, JB/T 7746.Small flow resistance for fluid.only a small force is required for opening/closing.During opening and closing process, the friction between the disc wedge and the seat is small, so the sealing is reliable ensuring tightness and long service life.The valve is designed in a back-seat structure.The valve stem sealing is realized by the collaboration of flexible and woven graphite, ensuring a more reliable tightness. Have bolting bonnet , pressure seal bonnet and welding bonnet types.
