Advanced Screw Solid Separator for Biogas DigestateThe screw extrusion solid liquid Separator is utilized for separation of digested processed biomass into solid and liquid parts, and it's considered as basic equipment for Biogas plant. For this advanced screw extrusion solid liquid separator, it adopts the latest technology in Germany and is made of all stainless steel.The Digestate is fed to the loading chamber by means of pumps through a supply branch pipe. Liquid and solid fractions are separated by means of pressure and filtration in the separator.After being processed in the solid-liquid separator machine, the moisture content of solid residue is between 20-30% .Characteristics:
