Usage

The machine is used for the extrusion of half-finished rubber products such as tire tread ,inner tube ,rim band and rubber tube.

Structural features

1.The machine is equipped with inner tube and tire tread extrusion heads ,and can also be eqipped with other extrusion heads as required by other users.

2.A machine body temperature measuring and indicating device is installed .The feeding zone over 150 is equipped with side rolls for the enhancement of feeding capability.

3.The screws and bushes are subjected to nitrogenation treatment to get enough strength and wear-resistance.

4.The reduce has a forced lubrication unit ,which is featured by high transmission efficiency,long service life and low noise.

5.The machine over 150 is driven by a variable-speed motor.

6.The side rolls are designed as side-open type for easy rubber removal.

The machine is hot-feed and single screw extruder. The rotation speed could be changed. With the headpiece changing, we can give different filtering and rubber covering of press plate of semi-product for contant outline, so the machine has many uses.

Packing and ShippingEquipment painting completed before delivery, and then wrapped with stretch film, avoid rubbing the paint off the surface, wooden packaging can be customized, key parts, such as electronic control box, will be wrapped by shockproof packaging materials, and then packed in wooden cases.
