Mechanical SealMechanical seal should be made by suitable material, and can endure abrasive wear, corrosive, and if necessary, should be installed cleaning system.3. Coupler and bearingThe pumps will run smoothly, if use more bearings and coupler.The direct connection (simple structure) will cause alot of noises, and easy to damage.4. MotorWhen motor is running, the high quality one will have not obvious vibration and abnormal sound.Motor have an enough safe factor, and is allowed for along time overload 20%.5. MaterialElements designated as residual and impurity elements in the individual specifications shall not be intentionally added to the steels.Adequate controls shall be in place to prevent accumulation of harmful elements such as tin, antimony and arsenic in the final product.
