1) This product is the end of epoxy silicone oil and ammonia ether polymerization (solvent is ethylene glycol monobutyl ether, solvent content of 40%), and finally add the end of epoxy polyether chain derived multi-copolymer block silicone oil, especially suitable for processing of polyester and wool fibers, hand feeling of super smooth, soft; also suitable for cellulose fibers, nylon and other blended fabric feel finishing;
2) Suitable for continuous processing of the process, will not bring sticky roll; also suitable for padding method, high suction rate; without APEO.
Usage
1) Directly dilute with water, the recommended ratio can be diluted 1 : 5 (20% solids) or 1: 10 (10% solids) , and adjust the PH value of acetic acid to 6-6.5;
2) After thinning, you can use exhausting method and continuous padding method,Exhausting method: the dosage (20% solids) 2-4% (owf), temperature 30-40 ºC, 15-30min, bath ratio 1: 20-40;
Padding method: the dosage (20% solids) 20-40g / l, 120 ºC pre-bake, 150-180 ºC stereotypes baking;
Packaging and storage
200kg plastic drums. Should be stored in a cool ventilated warehouse, to prevent exposure, storage period of one year.
