Application
Inflow pressure screenis usedfor the screening of low consistency pulp before the paper machine.Itcan effectively remove impurities and breakup the pulp materials to increase paper quality.It can beused in fine screen section of DIP deinkingsystem, it is used for removing gooey and inkparticles and other impurities. Features
1. The impurities only remain outside of screen basket .With centrifugal force, the impurities will reduce its contact with basket, which prolongs the lifespan of screen basket with less abrasion.
2. Separate the impurity from the fiber efficiently to avoid slot plugging in the condition of proper flow and low pulsing force.
3. The pressure screen (inflow type), ZSL Series is more suitable to be used as a screening tool with pulp consistency lower than 1.2%. Its performance can promote the paper machine to be in proper running with less broken paper.
4. More throughput with more long fiber; Lower power consumption; Higher screening efficiency with less rejects
