Features :
1.1.Each bag is manufactured from the heavy-duty hypalon fabrics used in the construction of the collars, to ensure maximum durability and strength in any condition.
2.The optimum volume of each individual bag is calculated by taking into account the weight, beam and load of the boat, ensuring rapid self-righting every time
3. The Hypalon inflatable bag is attached to the top of the roll Bar frame at the stern of the RIB, which in turn is connected to a CO2 bottle via a hose assembly. In the unlikely event that the boat capsizes, the bag can be instantly inflated, via the manually operated CO2 system, the bag inflates within a time scale of between 12 and 20 seconds, and the boat will self right, allowing the crew to re-board.
4. The product systems is effective, the procedure is simple and self-righting bag , co2 bottles is highly specified and customized, made to suit individual boats, depending on size, and fully laden weight.
5.Multiful choice of fitting method of Righting -bags to "A" frame work- Velcro fastened cover flap, Fabric straps with Brass eyelets for lacing, heavy duty stainless steel snap-fastener.
6.Standard inflation/deflation , safe valves and the CO2 inlet valve, which is connected to the CO2 system.
7. The standard CO2 system comprises a CO2 bottle with a CO2/Nitrogen mix and an operating head with a manual activation cord. Automatic self-firing system is in options on request.
8.Special care should be taken when re installing and packing a Self Righting Bag and CO2 system.
