Model WB-4A Auto flipping tape edge machine is mainly used for sewing the upper and lower fabrics on the mattress.
The product features: the machine head is fixed, can be raised and lowered to adapt to different heights of the mattress, and can adjust the head tilt. When sewing the product, the worktable conveyor belt transports the mattress to move the seam. After sewing one side, the mattress can be automatically rotated 90 degrees and then the other side is sewn. The sewing at the corner of the mattress is completed during the rotation. After the side of the mattress 1 is finished, the mattress can be flipped and sewed by the machine. The operation of the machine can be completed by one person, the operator does not need to walk, and does not need to flip the mattress.Technical Feature:
