Auto Tire shredder Machine Plants(TSD2471)TDF tire shredding system introduction The TDF tire shredding system is designed to produce up to 1.2-2 tons per hour of TDF. based on the needs of our customers, our TDF systems produce a 25 mm to 152 mm rubber chip, which is used as a coal additive for industrial boilers. Many of these facilities are turning to TDF because it burns hotter and cleaner than coal and is more cost effective.

Double Shaft Shredder Specification (please see bleow tabulation)Dura-Shred's two shaft shredders are designed with an aggressive low RPM, high torque shredding technology. The shredder blade thickness ranges from 25 mm to 152 mm (1"-6") depending on the type of tires, throughput, and desired end product. The biggest shredder can process different kind of tires, metal, plastic, wood etc., the biggest capacity can be up to 20 Ton/h.
Disc Classifier --brief introduction

It consists of grinders,air course,whirlwind separator,electric box and water cooler.
The main engine is made of frame,motor,gearshift motor,regulator,a fixed surface(or taper) millstone.Crushing chamber is controlled by cooling air and cooling water.cutting and grinding the material by high pressure.The finished powder is collected by whirlwind collection,there is no any dust flying during the whole process,compact structure,low noise,large feeding treatment,low energy,easy operation and maintenance and no environmental pollution.TDF Plant's prodction Applications:
