WLSJ-FMS121 one drag two type automatic flat face mask production line is a full process automatic equipment which assembles the outer layer, middle layer, inner layer, nose clip strip and ear line of disposable flat mask (specification of mask: 175mm * 95mm). The ear band mask has the advantages of comfortable wearing, no sense of pressure, good filtering effect and fit for human face shape. It can be applied to medical, electronic, construction and other industries.
This automatic plane mask production line adopts one drag two structure design, which greatly improves the production efficiency of the production line. The production line consists of raw material feeding and mask body. It consists of eight parts: lamination molding, ultrasonic fusion cutting, one or two conveyor lines, automatic feeding of ear belt, ear belt cutting, ultrasonic ear belt fusion, and finished product output collection. It can automatically complete non-woven fabric, melt blown fabric, nose beam strip feeding, long edge ultrasonic edge sealing, automatic folding, short edge ultrasonic edge sealing and cutting the ear belt, cut off the ear belt feeding, slice, fold the ear belt and ultrasonically seal the short edge, spot weld the ear belt, stack and discharge the finished products.

Instruction 2:
This face mask making production line realizes the fully automated production of flat masks, mainly including coil material feeding, folding and pressing, nose beam strip material feeding, mask forming, mask cutting, ear band feeding and welding, finished product unloading and other processes, completing the whole production process from coil material to finished product of mask. The produced masks are comfortable to wear, non-stressed, and have a good filtering effect, which fits the face shape of people and can be used in medical, electronics, mining, construction and other industries.

Instruction 3:
The automatic medical mask machine (one drag two) adopts the servo and constant temperature control system to control the material from entering the compound to forming to welding to punching and cutting to spot welding the ear belt. The whole production process is fully automatic. The product features of the mask machine is to make all kinds of masks with fixed filtration performance by hot pressing, folding, ultrasonic welding, scraping, ear band and nose strip welding. The production speed of the mask is 80-100 pieces/minute or more, and the qualified rate is more than 98%. Compared with the similar products, the production efficiency can be more than doubled.

Instruction 4:
This machine is universal design for the production of non-woven multi-layer face mask, it is mainly constructed by material feeding, shaping and welding, die cutting, transmission, ear string welding and stacking mechanism. Except materials loading to be done by manual, other functions are fully automatically run. It is also could be combined with one, or two ear string welding stations to setup a line which depends on line speed requirement.
