Production line structure

It is composed of a main machine (mask forming machine) and two ear belt welding machines (outer ear belt), which are connected by a two-in-one transmission line. It can realize the automatic production process of coil feeding, folding and pressing forming, slitting, ear belt feeding machine welding and blanking.

Mask body machine

The production line of one drag two full-automatic face mask adopts advanced design. It only needs to install the raw materials on the feeding rack. After the completion of the modulation, the machine can realize automatic production. only one person is required to operate the packaging, and the whole process of automatic production can be fully realized. The length of nose strip is adjustable, and the product size error is ± 1mm. Changing some molds according to the demand can realize various specifications of masks. This machine can produce various non-woven masks, smooth cloth masks, gauze masks, activated carbon masks, double nose line masks, etc. Support the production of 1-5 layers of non-woven mask.

External ear belt machine

The equipment adopts ultrasonic welding method to fuse the elastic belt into the inner side of both ends of the mask body, which is the last processing procedure of the inner ear belt mask production. only one operator needs to place the mask body in the mask plate, and the subsequent actions to the completion of the finished product are automatically completed by the equipment. The machine is driven by servo and step, with precise transmission and adjustable speed.
