QMR-2C-36 is designed for full automatically coupling and winding the wire into the slot-type commutator. The whole machine uses industrial aluminum (anode oxidation treated), import acryl shield, elegent, beautiful and easy to maintain. Japan OMRON lastest PLC (CJ1M series) controller and three sets of Japan Panasonic driven system to control the wire winding process. Within the short time of period, can complete the highest rotation and brake speed. With 36 working position automatic al flow line combined with manipulator, to ensure the fulfillment of full-automation work
Function and Features
1. Can preset 100 kinds of wire winding technique, easy to read them;
2. Automatically wire inserting function, can complete the wire winding technique following the setting;
3. Winding tension adopts two-way Mitsubishi magnetic tensioner to set winding, inserting, standby;
4. Fast change-over toolings;
5. Has 3 sets of Japan Panasonic servo motor (1X1KW, 2X1.5KW), lastest series of OMRON PLC, they have stable and realiable calculation relation, equipped with Japan Pro-face 10.4 color touch screen and MITSUBISHI tensioner, wire winding technique will be flexible to set, and has various kinds of failure display and acoustio-opitical alarm.
6. Pneumatical fittings use the well-famous import bands.
