This stacker system is controlled and operated by the WMS/WCS warehouse software, use pallet fork handling and stacking goods in the racking.It is a kind of warehouse equipment - roadway type stacker crane.warehouse height can be up to 45 meters.Crane in roadway run between the shelves, it is mainly used for handling, sorting perfectly on the tray plate goods in the 3D warehouse.the width of aisle is 15 ~ 20 cm wider than the stacker.Lifting weight be in commonly 2 tons - 10 tons.Hoisting speed of 15 ~ 25 m/min.Crane running speed is 60 ~ 100 m/min.Pallet fork adjustable speed for 5 ~ 15 m/min;Existing the current stacker can only warehousing or sorting full pallet MDF/HDF in the warehouse, also it cannot solve the problem of warehousing or sorting of a single sheet.our engineers use an automatic vacuum sucker system solved the above problem after hundred times test and experiments.
