Automatic Production
The vacuum skin packaging machine contains tray forming and product filling areas. It is a highly integrated package machine by means of VSP vacuum skin pack sealing, die cutting, labeling, and printing. It reduces the contact of insanitary source and minimizes the labor source.
SafetyTo ensure the safety of people and property, Utien makes several techniques on the machines. For instance, it contains stainless steel covering each section to avoid the risk of direct contact between the operators and the moving parts inside the machine. Safety sensors are installed under the covers, side panels and other removable parts. The machine will immediately stop when the covers and panels are opened.
Easy OperatingThe HMI is designed to be easy understanding and friendly operating. The whole system is easy to learn. A special "EASY CHANGING" design is applied on the molds and systems in order to change the molds fast and easily.Working Schematic
This machine includes thermoforming technology, which heats and forms the bottom tray from a roll of plastic film. A VSP skin pack sealing station proceeds a safe sealing process and creates a nice seal. A die cut station cuts the individual packages at one hit, bringing up the packages with smooth round corner without the concern of having any "FISH-HOOK".
