This scraper filter, with the feature of automatically operation, high filtration precision, stable and reliable performance, is an efficiency choice of replacing traditional manual filter. In many areas, it can replace the traditional cartridge filters, bag filters, basket filters and vibrating screen filters.Working principleThe filtration principle is very simple; the stainless steel screen (2) is installed on a cylindrical shell (1). When unfiltered liquid flows into the shell from the inlet (3), solid impurities are leached and deposited on the inner surface of the screen. Then the filtered liquid flows out from the outlet (4), when filter screen need cleaning (depending on the time & pressure differential) A clean dish (5) tightened with spring scraper the mesh inside surface back and forth constantly and removes the deposition of solid impurity, when the debris is separated from the gap of the filter screen, washing dish will discharge the dirt into bottom of the shell (6) then drain through the flow channel (7).Technical parameters
