SJ301 is akind of silicon-calcium sintered flux, 10-40 mesh (φ1.7-0.38mm) and thebasicity is 1.0-1.1. Either alternate or direct current is used, while the welding wiresmust be connected with the positive electrode when direct current is used. Producedwith excellent technology, the flux has the properties of fine slag detachability andfine welding bead appearance.
Usage:The flux is fit for the submerged arc welding of low carbon steel and low alloy steel,as well as the fast single-way and double-surface welding of thin steel sheet. And itis usually used for the sumberged arc welding of liquefied gas storage tanks, gasbottles, and pipeline steel.

Cautions:1.
