Product Description

This machine is mainly used for automatic forming of disposable flat face mask. The servo and constant temperature control system is used to control the material to enter the compound forming welding punching spot welding ear belt by PLC program, and the whole production process is fully automatic. The characteristics of the mask machine is to make all kinds of masks with filtering performance by hot pressing, folding, ultrasonic welding, scraping, ear band and nose strip welding. The production speed of masks is 90-120 pieces / min and above, and the qualified rate is over 98%, which is higher than the production efficiency of similar products.
