It can connect the deformed bars of HRB335, HRB400, FE500, FE550, FE600, ASTMA615 or other similar in the diameter ranging from 12~40 mm.1. The connection has the high tensile strength. The tensile strength of connector should be equal to or not less than 1.1 times of steel bar itself. And the strength reach Grade I (reach 1.1 times of material's) and 100% rebar break.2. They work together with couplers for the connection of rebar whose diameter is between 12mm and 40mm.Working PrincipleFirst, we use GD-150 to forging the end of rebar;
Second, we use the GZL-45 to threading the end of rebar;
Third, we use the coupler to link the two ends of rebar.Advantages1. Adopts upset forging parallel thread connection technology;

The couplers work together with the rib peeling roll stamping machine for the connection of rebar whose diameter is between 16mm and 40mm.Working Principle1. Slice up the end of the rebar;
2. Peel the rib of the end of rebar with specialty rib peeling roll stamping machine;
3. Abutting joint two ends of rebars with coupler.Advantages1. It belongs to grade IIconnection;
2. The tensile strength of rebar connection part is very strong. It can meet requirement of standard at home and abroad, like Chinese standard (JGJ107), American standard (UBC1997), British standard (BSB110), French standard (NF35-20-1), German standard (DIN1045), SISO/WD15835(draft);
