PP Nonwoven Fabric Cloth

The non-woven fabric is moisture-proof, breathable, flexible, light, non combustion supporting, easy to decompose, non-toxic and non irritant, rich in color, low in price and recyclable. For example, polypropylene (PP material) particles are mostly used as raw materials, which are produced by continuous one-step process of high-temperature melting, wire spraying, sizing and hot rolling.

Advantages:

1) Light weight: polypropylene resin as the main production raw material, it is fluffy and feels good.

2) Soft: it is composed of fine fiber (2-3D) and formed by light spot hot-melt bonding. The finished product is soft and comfortable.

3) Water and air permeability: polypropylene chips do not absorb water, have zero moisture content, and the finished product has good water permeability. It is composed of 100% fiber with porosity, good air permeability, easy to keep the cloth dry and easy to wash.

4) Non toxic and non irritant: the product is produced with FDA food grade raw materials, free of other chemical ingredients, stable performance, non-toxic, non odor, non irritant to the skin.

5) Antibacterial and anti chemical agents: polypropylene is a chemical blunt substance, not moth eaten, and can be isolated from the corrosion of bacteria and insects in the liquid; antibacterial, alkali corrosion, and finished products do not affect the strength due to corrosion.
