SKA - Java Ijen Arabica
The mountainous area of Ijen is known for its blue crater. Besides the blue crater, Ijen area is very popular for its Arabica Coffee. The weather around the coffee plantation is cold, with the temperature between 15-25 degree Celsius.
about Our Coffee
This 'Bintang Aceh Tengah' Arabica coffee is grown in the altitude of 1000 - 1200 meters above the sea level. The plantation around that area uses the variety of Lini S-795 K-Timor.
Taste
Coffees from Sumatra are known for a smooth and sweet body. But, the taste of coffee from every region can be different. 'Java Ijen' Arabica Coffee has bright acidity, sweet chocolate aroma, brown sugar hints, and also a medium body.
