Production Description
This machine is made for the purpose of C02 gas shield welding on the box-beam that has finished the assembling. The box-beam after assembling will be transported to the gas shield welding position to make the welding seam as flat welding position, and then adjust the welding gun unit to make sure the C02 welding head is pointing to the welding seam. Then the machine is running straight line on the rails, and then the machine can achieve the automatic C02 gas shield welding on the flat welding seam of box-beam bevel edge.

This machine consists of travel unit, column, girder, plat form, lifting arm. welding gun mechanism tracing unit, welding wire reel, gas route device, electric control system and C02 gas welding machine etc.
