Technology introduction The most key process of roller painting aluminum veneer is roller painting. The technology of roller painting is brought in from abroad from 1980s to 1990s,and it has experienced the development of a near -20-year in China, and it has been mature and reliable. The aluminum veneer based material after pre-processing,which use roller painting technology for the surface coating after oven to dry in the aluminum base material surface coating with special properties ,is widely used in modern large building including inside and outside decoration.Roll-coated aluminum plate has the following characteristics:
(1) Light weight, good rigidity, high strength. 3.0mm thick aluminum plate weight per square 8kg, tensile strength 100-280N / mm2.
(2) Durability and good corrosion resistance. Use kynar-500, hylur500 as the base material pvdf fluorocarbon, can be used for 25 years without fading; compared with conventional façade materials, longevity may be extended for over 10 years.
(3) The technology is good. Aluminum can be processed into a variety of complex geometries flat, curved and spherical like shape.
(4) Coating uniformity, color variety, wide range of selection.
(5) It does not tarnish easily, easy cleaning and maintenance. Non-adhesive fluorocarbon paint film, the surface is difficult to get contaminated.
(6) Quick and easy installation and construction.
(7) Recyclable, environmental friendly. Aluminum can be 100% recycled, unlike glass, stone, ceramic, aluminum panels and other decorative materials recycling high residual value.With respect to the common spray technology, it has the following characteristics:

(1) The coating film thickness using a roll-coating method is just the two-thirds of the film thickness using spraying method.The film thickness can be controlled within 1 ~ 2μm and the physical and chemical properties are better than that of using spraying method. The production process is not paint-flying, it is more environmental friendly.

(2) The film thickness is reduced by one third, do not waste paint, comprehensive amount of paint saved is more than 50%

(3) The production speed when using roll-coating method is ten times higher than that of using spraying method, greatly improves efficiency, reduces labor costs, reduces energy consumption, more energy-efficient, low-carbon.

(4) Using roll coating method to produce aluminum plates, plates could be transported flat, or even can do the machine installation at the construction site, while only finished products could be transported using spraying method to produce aluminum plates. In contrast, transport volume can be reduced 5 times, and transportation costs can be reduced for over 65%.
