Evaporative CondenserCondenser is an important part of Condesing Unit.For large unit,usually condenser is installed seprately from refrigeration compressor. Condenser have air-cooled and water-cooled,while Evaporative Condenser have both characteristic.Advantages:
1.Enger saving :in the same environmental condition,it can lower the condensing temperature of refrigeration system by 6~8ºC. So compared with normal water-cooled condensing,it has higher heat-exchange efficiency.Usually,it can save energy over 20%.
2.Water saving:in theory,the operating water is only 1% of normal water-cooled condesing.Adding some comsuption,is about 5~10% of normal water-cooled condensing.So it is especially suitable for areas lacking of water.
3.Durable: its main materials are stainless steel or zinc stell.Corrosion resistance,Oxidation resistance,long serive life and low operation and maintance cost.
