1. Mechanical System

III. CNC System: VUP CNC System Software
VUP CNC System Software can be installed on the general office or home used computers. It controls cutting as printers' connection to computers. It has same function as general gantry CNC cutting machines.

IV. Program software: FastCAM Software ( Professinal Version)
FastCAM software has four modules for cutting procedure: FastCAM drawing, FastNEST auto nesting, FastPATH auto path, and FastPLOT verification.
FastCAM drawing module:
Draw: similar with CAD, to draw all kinds of parts
CAD Optimizer: to optimize DXF/DWG files by the tools of delete, compress, extract and explode
Cutting functions: Kerfs compensation, bridge, corners, CAD layers, word label and marking
FastNEST automatic nesting module:
Automatic, manual and interactive nesting
Common cut & continue cut to reduce pre-pierce
Remnant nesting for irregular remnant or parts
FastPATH automatic path module:
Programming: automatic & manual path include marking, path optimizer, multi-layer cutting
Support multi-CNC machines: to switch NC format between different CNC machines
