1.High rigidity Lathe bed structure:
By finite element structural analysis ,casting internal use alarge number of stiffener, which makes the internal force structure optimized, ensuring the rigidity and thermal stability.
2.High rigidity guide rails:
Three axis use overloading type 45 mm roller rail line, The X/Z axis is made of 6sliders which make the machine bearing capacity and cutting rigidity better.
3.Large size screw:
Three-axis use C3 class 45 xP12mm screw, lager than other brands same machine ,and use pre-stretched assembly process at the two ends to strengthen the axial rigidity, and reduce the amount of thermal expansion of the screw.
