Ceramic Spark Plug Ignition ElectrodeThe ceramic spark ignition rods are widely used in ignition devise of combustion machine, boiler, with strong points such as sensitive ignition, durable, strong ageing resistance, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, high dielectric strength. Standard interface thread is M14x 1.25, M16 x 1.5, M18 x 1.5, G1/2. Ignition electrode needle is Φ 2.6 Φ 3Φ 5 and Φ 3.5. Alsint(Re-crystallised Alumina) is rated to 1700oC
Pythagoras(Aluminous Porcelain) is rated to 1400oC
The Porous Material is:
Sillimantin 60 and is rated at 1350oC
Sillimantin has better thermal shock resistance and is used mainly in furnace tubes, however can be used as an outer protection sheath if thermal shock is critical.
