1. Main Features:

This machine is an automatic packing machine with high quality and high performance. It can complete the whole packing process, including automatic feeding, metering, bag making, filling, sealing, date printing and product output.
The motor adopts high precision film conveyer system, screw metering,
PLC program control, advanced human-machine interface (HMI) , five sets of
servo systems driven, photoelectric automatic tracking, PID digital temperature control system, all the functions make the machine operation more simple and perfect. This machine can improve the production efficiency, reduce labor intensity and improve packing grade.

The machine can be used for different sachet packing materials,
such as cold rolling of pure aluminum composite packaging, multilayer composite film, plastic film. It equips with the screw filling device, this device can fill the materials into the sachets. And it also equip with double cutter, it can pack single type sachet and connecting type sachets (easy tear type, with dotted line).
If for easy tear type, the sachets quantity in a row can be adjusted.
It can also connected with cartoning machine.
