Purpose/Features

this is the international advanced ampoule leak testing sterilizer , it is served for the sterilization and leak-hunting for the injections that can resistance 100-125ºC (applicable to 60-126ºC range for the cascade).
It is mainly served in the pharmaceutical, foodstuff, medical treatment, and scientific institute.
There are two kinds of specification methods, such as Steam Sterilization and Cascade Sterilization.
Sterilization room is rectangular or round structure, made out of SUS304 high grade stainless steel.
The door is provided with various forms, such as manual door, automatic door, horizontal-sliding door. It is designed by Japanese technology and has the safe self-locked device, interlocking device.
Control valve of Burket, made in Germany, action are reliable.
Pipeline pump of Grundfos, made in Denmark, high flow, smooth operation, long life.
Control system is composed by the touch screen and German Siemens PLC control system. It is designed specially for the industrial scene, with the characteristics of super anti-interference capability and reliable operation.
The mini printer can print the name of the company. the name of the commodity, specification. batch number. Operator of staff. frequency, sterilization process time. temperature. pressure. FO value and so on. Had the curve and the data two report forms, easy to keep archives and be analyzed.
The software of the software control system is imported from Japan; the sterilization effect is controlled by temperature and FO value.
