Welding manipulator includes fixed type, fixed with rotation type and full position and lots of forms.
Boom retracting adopts veriable frequency control, which adopts PLC control system.
Mechanical precision is higher, positioning is correct. It also be designed and manufactured according to the customer's special requirement.

O According to the boom end weight loading, the welding manipulator has many types: Light duty type (LHQ), medium duty (LHZ), heavy duty (LHW), and super Heavy duty (HCJ).
O Structure: Stationary, stationary and revolve, moving and revolve
O Cross-section of boom and column is calculated scientifically. Drooping of boom along horizontal travel is 2mm/m.
O Boom lifting device has anti-failing device, of ratchet structure, safe and reliable.
O Boom end has cross-slides, which can be controlled thru manual pendant.
O Control roller has eccentric shaft, which can decrease clearance between roller and rail.
O Column revolve unit has motor-driven and manual drive.
O Control unit includes control board and pendant, interface with positioner and turning rolls also prepared.
