1. Machine Description

· This machine is mainly used to make tray boxes with different specifications through heating PVC and other plastic film then forming. The plastic tray boxes can be used to pack ampoule, oral liquid bottle, vial and other small round bottles.

· Technological process: film feeding→ pre-heating →forming →
forming test→ punching→ final product output→ connecting the whole line


· The tray making device can produce the tray boxes with different specifications according to customer's requirements, only need to change the different moulds.

· Forming and punching mould replacement is convenient and quick.

· Forming and punching actions are completed by two servo motors,
the tray forming and punching technology control are more flexible and convenient.

· It can realize the seamless connection for the stop and start of the
machine, when re-start after the machine stops running for a period of time, it will not waste the plastic trays, and save the cost.

· Touching human-machine interface, if there is any fault the man-machine
will display, and guide trouble clearing, easy operation, anyone can easily operate and quickly use this machine.

· Multi-point emergency stop buttons: we can equip with the emergency stop
buttons on the suitable position of the whole production line, to make the whole line operation safe, and produce smoothly.

· The machine adopts world famous electrical components, with
stable quality.

· Packing materials: PVC roll (meet GB5663 standard),
(thickness: 0.22-0.45mm) x width: 580mm; inner diameter of roll is 75mm.
