For Softbag Electronic Micropore Inspection: Machine Introduction and Application:

The machine is dedicated to inspect softbag for possible liquid leakage. It can inspect pinhole (>0.1μm)on softbags,leakage on bag body and welded bag mouth.

Working Principle:
Infeed conveyer belt 1 divides inspected infusion softbags equally into double row and takes them to the inspect channel 2.The inspect channel adopt roller conveyor. It has two inspect channel, each channel has four inspect stations. It can inspect different positions according to customer requirements. Unqualified products will be rejected automatically by reject unit 3,while qualified products will be output from the outfeed conveyor belt 4.

Inspecting Procedure:
V is high frequency high voltage power, its two ends is separately connected with emitting electrode and receiving electrode. C1 and C2 are capacitance between electrode and solution(Because of the cut off by isolated softbag film, electrode can not contact solution, then form capacitance).R is solution resistance. When no leak present on softbag, the generated induction current is defined as I1.When softbag is leaked, the capacitance between soft bag film and electrode will disappear, capacitive reactance generated by capacitance is zero, the return circuit will generate higher current I2,Compare the current value to judge if the softbag is leaked.
