China Automatic Washing Filling Capping Three-in-One Machine

This series of equipment is used in PET(polyester) bottled various mineral water,pure water,juice fruit wine and other non-sparkling beverage production,achieving three functions of washing,filling,sealing.
The machine features:
1.The whole machine adopts the card bottleneck to suspend the running state of the bottle, which makes the whole line running function more reliable, overcomes the factor that the machine cannot run normally caused by the error of the bottle wall thin and the height of the bottle, and also greatly reduces the number of changing parts, which makes it more convenient to change the bottle shape.
2.Introducing the latest technology from Italy and Japan, the use of gravity type liquid level positioning filling principle, filling speed, liquid level control stable, no leakage phenomenon.
3.It adopts magnetic torque type to screw the cap, realizing the function of grasping the cap and twisting the cap. The torque of the cap is stepless and adjustable. It has the function of sealing the plastic cap with constant torque and will not damage the cap.
4.The machine adopts PLC computer program control and man-machine interface touch screen button, with the automatic control of the liquid level in the material cylinder, no bottle not filling, no bottle not covering and other functions, and has the functions of stop with the missing cover, stop with the dislocation of the stuck bottle and so on.
5.Adopt frequency converter stepless speed regulation, production capacity digital display, adjustment is very convenient.
6.Parts in contact with materials are made of SUS304 stainless steel, main electrical appliances are made of mitsubishi, schneider, omron products, pneumatic components are made of Japan SMC or American fisto and other internationally renowned manufacturers.
