1. The body of the carbon dioxide reducer is made from brass<hpb59-1>.
The structure of the two-stage decompression system is basically similar,
which consists of the valve top rod, the pressure regulating spring, the elastic
thin film device, the relief gate and so on.
The first stage decompression system is mainly used to automatically reduce
the high-pressure gas to the medium pressure gas, to the pressure of 2MPa,
and then to the secondary decompression system.
In the secondary pressure relief system, when rotary screw tensioner, by regulating
the spring, elastic membrane and the valve push rod, decompress valve for opening
and closing of different level, to adjust the degree of reducing oxygen into the system of reducing or stopping the gas supply.
2. The thread size of the inlet connection of the co2 reducer is 315.875mm,the
inner diameter of the joint is 5.5mm, and the diameter of the outlet is 6mm, and
its maximum flow is 80m3 /h.
The pressure reducer body is also equipped with a high pressure oxygen meter
and a low pressure oxygen meter, which indicates the pressure in the high-pressure
gas chamber (i.e., the oxygen cylinder) and the low pressure air chamber
(i.e., the working pressure).
The Range of the high pressure oxygen meter is.A 25 mpa.
The range of the low pressure oxygen meter is 0-V 4MPa .

When using the qd-1 type reducer, when the screw is adjusted clockwise,it can
open the pressure relief valve, and the high pressure oxygen flows into the low
pressure chamber from the gap.
Due to the expansion ofoxygen in the low pressure chamber, the pressure is
reduced.

3. The diameter of the inlet joint nut of the co2 reducer is G15,the inner diameter
of the joint is 7mm, and the inner diameter of the outlet joint can be either 5mm
or 9mm according to different needs.
The range of the high pressure oxygen meter installed on the body is 0-25mpa,
and the range of the low-pressure oxygen meter is 0-4mpa.
