The machine features:
1.The whole machine adopts screw feeding, which makes the bottle feeding and bottle moving smooth, fast and reliable.
2.This equipment adopts the bottle-bottom and bottle-diameter guiding double CAM mechanism to realize the stable and reliable valve opening, valve closing, filling and bottle moving, which overcomes the factor that the machine cannot run normally due to the big difference in bottle body.
3.The bottle washing part adopts spring-type rinsing bottle clip. The empty bottle is flipped 180° automatically with the turning track.Introduction of Italy, the United States, France advanced technology, filling speed is fast, liquid level control stability, filling no bubble, no overflow, no bottle broken bottle filling.
4.The screw cover part adopts the way of hanging the cover, to protect the aluminum alloy cover from scratch to the greatest extent, there are aluminum alloy screw rolling cover and plastic gland can be selected, the way of rolling cover adopts the advanced technology of rolling cover, the thread is beautiful, the sealing is strict and reliable.In the part of liding, the pneumatic liding device is developed, which has the functions of not damaging the surface of the bottle lid, sending signals to automatically cover the missing LIDS of the hopper and so on.
5.The machine adopts PLC computer program control and touch screen buttons, with automatic control of liquid level in the material cylinder, no bottle filling, no bottle without cover and other functions, and has the functions of stopping the machine without cover and stopping the machine with jammed bottle.
6.Frequency converter stepless speed regulation, production capacity digital display, adjustment is very convenient.
7.All parts in contact with materials of the machine are made of SUS304 high quality stainless steel, in line with GMP standards.The main electrical components of the machine are the products of mitsubishi, schneider and omron.
