II. The main structure with spec

1. Wire part
25 m fourdrinier table covered with stainless steel board, air loaded head box made of stainlesssteel. This part includes 1 pc of 650mmx3750mmx4300mm couch roll, 1 pc of 800mmx3750mmx 4300mm vacuum roll, and 1 pc of 550mmx3750mmx4300mm paper leading roll.

2. Press part
2 sets of press rolls in large diameter. Top roll: 2 pcs of natural marble roll at 1250mmx3750mmx4300mm. Bottom roll: 2 pcs of rubber roll at 1250mmx3750mmx4300mm, rubber shore hardness , with pneumatic pressure device, pneumatic felt adjusting device, and electric felt tightening
device.

3. Dryer part
30 pcs of 1800mmx3750mmx4300mm alloy dryer cylinder with 30 pcs of blade and dry felt
device. The cylinders are placed at 10 +10 + sizing machine + 10. Driving by closed gear box,
with lubricant supplying system.

4. Winding part
1 set of 3200m horizontal pneumatic winding machine with cylinder 1100mmx3750mmx4300mm. With double-roll hard calendaring machine
