Millet milling plant brief introduction:

(1)First,the millet will be cleaned by vibrating sieve, destoner and magnetic separator, and other clearning machines.

(2)Then entering husker to remove the chaff.And use the millet seperater to separate the unhusked millet and the small chaff.

(3))Then use the whitener to milling the rough millet .

(4)Then the rough millet entering the polisher to be polished.And use the grading machine to grad the finish millet.

(5)Then use the color sorter to remove the different color particles and malignant impurities.

(6)Finally, pack the products .

Flow Chart:

Millet Cleaner → Destoner → Millet husker → Millet Separator → Millet Whitener →Millet polisher → Millet Grader → Color Sorter → Packing.

Pre Cleaning

Clean out all impurities and unqualified grains from raw millet

De-stoning

Separate stones, clods from millet

Husking

Remove husk from millet

Husk Separation

Separate husk and unhusked millet from brown millet

Whitening

Remove all or part of the bran layer and germ from brown millet

Polishing

Improve appearance of milled millet by removing bran and by polishing kernel

Color Sorting (Alternative)

Remove foreign matter such as mould, broken millet from milled millet

Pack the pure millet
