1. Q: How about your company's overseas service?

A:We have many after-service techician who always stay in different market to service our customer.

2. Q: How to use / manual the machine?

A: First, the installation manual will be provided. Second, online communication and installation videos will be offered. Third,our engineers can go to your country to do debugging work onsite.

3. Q: Can we do the material testing first?

A: Of course, you can send us your materials which you want to sort, and we will record the sorting video for you. Or we can send you at least three photos, the first one should be the raw material; the second one should be the acceptable material; and the third one is the rejecting material.

4. Q: How long is your warranty?

A: One year after shipment.

5. Q: Will you accept L/C as payment?

A: L/C at sight and T/T at sight is workable for us.

6. Q: Do you have any other spare parts for your customer?
