Air cylinder front movement→ draw piston back → material cylinder generates negative pressure→material into connecting pipe by inlet valve→air cylinder back movement→piston front→material into pipe by outlet valve→ filling nozzle→ bottle

Feature
1.Makes the reciprocal motion through the air cylinder around movement impetus material cylinder piston,thus causes the material cylinder front cavity to generate negative pressure.
2.Switch function between"Manual&Auto": when machine is in "automation" condition, machine will fill continuously with set speed; when it is under "manual" condition, operator step on footplate to realize filling.If stepping footplate continuously, it will change to continuous filling condition.

3.When the closure head down by cylinder, then valve will open and start to fill material; when it up by cylinder, valve will close and stop to fill and avoid leaking and wire drawing.
4.It adopts roller to adjust the filling volume that is more convenient and easy for operator.
5.This parts which contact directly with material adopts clamping connecting method that is convenient to clean completely just by dismantling the connecting clamp.
