3.Process introduction:
(1). Receiving the cleaning section: By cleaning the equipment combination, the
impurities such as stems and leaves, clods, stones, moldy grains and the like in the raw
materials are ensured to ensure the purity of the processing raw materials.
(2). Shigu separation section: The raw material passes through the glutinous rice
machine and the separator, and the grain of the material skin is stripped and separated
from the grain kernel to obtain pure gluten.
(3). Polishing and grading section: The pure gluten is polished by a polishing machine to
remove the micro-hetero of the grain of the gluten, increase the gloss of the surface,
and further increase the purity of the gluten.
