1. Q: Are you a factory or a trading company? May I visit your company?
A: We are manufacturer since 1995. We do OEM and export by ourself. We registered Export and import right to export directly in 2005. Welcome to visit our company. Our headquarters locate in Dongguan city which is well-known as the major place of origin of home textile. It takes around 1 hour driving from Guangzhou.
2. Q: How is the MOQ? Could you accept trial order?
A: As a factory, we always prefer to have order for at least 500sets per color per design. Though, as a developing company, we understand that the customer has various need for different purpose of sales. We'd like to help you on that. Therefore depend on the design, fabric and other production specifications, we could discuss about the sample order details. It could be 100pcs, even 5pcs, as long as we could find the ready fabric on market, we would like to keep the door open for both of us. Please contact us, let's try to figure things out.
3. Q: If we only have specification without a ready sample, could you work base on that?
A: Yes we could. Even though we'd prefer a ready sample, we could also work base on the design or specification of the products. It would take several back and forth for our Developing department to confirm the details with you. And then, we could make final samples base on your requirement.
4. Q: How do you guarantee the quality? What if we find defects after we paid and received the bulk goods?
A: We do 100% in house inspection. You could make final inspection before shipment, or we accept 3rd party inspection.We will try our best to supply great quality goods. Even if you find defects after you paid and received the bulk goods, we will cooperate with you and find a solution, if the defects caused by our mistake, we will compensate and always stand behind our products.
