Each category diesel generator of our company can share 12 months or 1000 woking hours maintenance which occurs first. We are responsible for all malfunctions arised from sructural defect of gen-set itself. Wearing parts, daily used consumable parts and destroyed parts by wrong operation or maintenance ignorance are not in the range of quality gurantee.

After-sale service

During the guarantee period, our company would be responsible for problems caused by quality of production or raw material, except the damageable spare parts of genset caused by incorrect manmade operation. After expiration, our company provides cost maintenance for gensets.

Our payment terms is 1 year or 1000 running hours whichever comes first.

Yes, most of our products like Weichai, Yuchai power generator enjoy the global warranty service. And the alternator we use like Leroy somer, Stamford, marathon also enjoy the global warranty service, so you do not need to worry about the aftersales service.
3.Can you accept OEM?
Yes, we can accept OEM.
4.What is your payment terms?
We can accept T/T 30% in advance, and the balance 70% shall be paid before shipment or L/C at sight.
5.What is your delivery time?
Our normal delivery time is 2 to 5 weeks. But if your order is some special engine and alternator, then the delivery time is longer.
