Hydro turbein brushless generator Electric performanceThe generator can output rated power under the following conditions:
With rated speed and rated power factor, and the deviation between voltage and rated voltage no more than ±5%;
With rated voltage and the deviation between frequency and rated frequency no more than ±1%;
When the voltage and frequency deviate at same time (no more than ±5% and ±1% separately),if both of them were positive, their sum should be no more than 6%;if the deviation for both of them (voltage and frequency) were negative or one is positive and the other is negative, the sum for their absolute value should be no more than 5%. With rated voltage, rated frequency and rated power factor, the generator can work safely and continuously of 100% rated capacity.
Harmonic distortion:
With no-load and rated voltage, the line voltage harmonic distortion should be no more than 5%;
With no load, rated voltage and rated speed, the THF for line voltage should be no more than 5%.
Capacity to withstand over-current:
Under heat condition, stator of generator can withstand 1.5 times of rated current for 2min without any harmful deformation or welding seam. During this period, the voltage closes to the rated one as much as possible.
Capacity to withstand unbalanced current:
When the generator support working in a asymmetric system, as long as current from any item do not exceed rated one and the normalized value for negative sequence current components and rated current do not exceed 12%, the generator can work for a long term.
The generator use automatic quasi-synchronization as its normal synchronization and hand one as its back-up. And the automatic quasi-synchronization can insert into system in accident state.

Mechanical propertiesNoise for generator will be measured 1m on top of it with level conformity with GB/T10069-1994 "Measurement evaluation and limits of the noise severity of rotating electrical machinery"
Each structure of generator has the rigidity to withstand unbalanced magnetic pull from rotor half number of pole short circuit without any harmful deformation.
After assembly with turbine, the critical speed for rotating part is more than 1.2times of runaway speed.
There will be no harmful deformation under the runaway speed for 2min.
When the symmetric or asymmetric short circuit happened on the stator port for 3s with rated load and terminal voltage of 105% rated voltage, there will be no harmful deformation too.
