Stainless steel jacketed kettles are mainly used as supply kettle, cooking kettle and pre-heating tank or kettle. the heating medium can be steam, electric or LGP gas.
AGITATED & NON-AGITATED jcaketed kettle cooker
Stainless steel jacketed kettles can be double wall or tri wall structure. Double wall jacketed kettles do not have thermal insulation wall while tri wall jacketed kettles have a 2 inch or more PU insulation wall.
Stainless steel jacketed kettles can be agitated or non-agitated. Agitator should be chosen according to the product you are going to cook in it. For example, the cooker you need is to cook egg or tomato, an agitator will be useless. If you want to cook tomato sauce or candy, a heavy duty agitator with scraper will be necessary.

Our stainless steel cooling kettles for manufacturing include jacketed kettles, vacuum kettles, high pressure kettles, steam kettles, and with explosion-proof motors. Kettles without agitation are available as well as scrape surface agitated kettles (single motion and double motion agitation), propeller agitated kettles, high speed homogenizing kettles, and hemispherical kettles. Tilting kettles and bottom discharge kettles as well as steam cooking kettles (electric and gas fired kettles) are available. Our inventory includes in all sizes including 150 gallon, 200 gallon, 500 gallon and 1,000 gallon and both larger and smaller.
