2.Surface Quality:

A.Horizontal difference
The lateral thickness difference between the embossed oxide board and the strip should not exceed 0.02mm.
B.Height of pattern
The height of embossed oxide board and strip embossed on both sides is 0.11~0.15mm.When the demand side has a special embossing height requirement, it is negotiated by both the supplier and the buyer, and specified in the contract (or purchase order).
C.Anodized Oxide thickness
The thickness of the partial oxide thickness on the embossed sheet and strip should be 5 to 10 μm.
D. Mechanical properties
The room temperature tensile properties of the substrate should meet the requirements of GB/T 3880.When the demand side has requirements on the mechanical properties of embossed oxide plates and strips, it shall be negotiated between the supplier and the buyer and be noted in the contract (or purchase order).
F. Appearance quality
1)The surface of the embossed oxide plate and strip should be clean, and cracks, cracks, corrosion, oil spots and other defects shall not be allowed.
2)No defects such as rainbow light, water ripple (tiger stripes), etc.Are allowed on the surface of the embossed oxide plate and strip.No stripes or color differences are allowed.
3 )The surface of the embossed oxide plate and strip is allowed to be individually and slightly scratched;
4 )The strip layer is not more than 5mm, and the tower shape is not more than 5mm.No connector is allowed.

3.Application
Aluminum Stucco Sheet are widely used in the fields of refrigerator, wine cabinet, solar panel, decorative aluminium product, linghting fixture, lighting box, sanitizer, kitchen cabinet and central air conditioning system. The embossed oxidized panel is beautiful, with thickness from 0.15mmto
1.5mm, while the maximum width is 1.4m, after pattern embossed, the thickness couls be 0.1 to 0.25mm more. Additionally, we offer processing service for anozdizing aluminum panel, which could further strength panel's ability of anti-weather and anti-corrosion.4.Packing:
