(formerly Yangzhou Xinghui Illumination Co., Ltd.) is located in Songqiao Town, Gaoyou City, Yangzhou, Jiangsu, which is known as a China Streetlight Manufacturing base, with the registered capital of RMB 100.58 million, a plant area of 85,146m2 (totally including three functional production plant areas) and a building area of 38,000m2. The group has had First-grade Qualification Certificate for "Professional Contracting of City and Road Illumination Engineering", Grade-B Qualification for "Special Design of Illumination Engineering", Grade-C Qualification for "Professional Contracting of Building Intellectualization" and Grade-C Qualification for "Professional Contracting of Mechanical and Electrical Equipment Installation", been rated as "Contract-honoring & Promise-keeping Enterprise" by Yangzhou Industrial and Commercial Bureau of Jiangsu Province, "Quality Trustworthy Enterprise" by Quality and Technology Supervision Bureau as well as "AAA-class Credit Enterprise" by Jiangsu Far East International Assessment Consulting Co., Ltd. for many consecutive years, and passed ISO9001:2008 Quality Management System certification, ISO14001:2004 Environmental Management System certification, "CCC" and "CQC". The group mainly produces road, square, station, wharf, garden light and overpass illumination products including streetlights, high-pole lights, LED lights, battery panel assemblies, single-arm lights, double-arm lights, assembled lights, traffic lights, electric poles, signs, portal frames, stainless steel landscape lights, garden lights, lawn lights, etc. In 2006, the company newly expropriated a plant area of more than 40 mu, and successively invested the technical innovation capital of more than RMB 16 million to purchase more than 150 sets of special production equipment which includes two sets of large bending equipment capable of producing 16m tapered rods and polygonal rods, as well as two sets of automatic plastic spraying equipment to meet the requirement of high-grade surface polyester spraying of various steel rods. To expand the market, and realize green illumination, Xinghui Illumination established a solar LED series product illumination production line in 2007, causing strong market response. In 2012, the company newly increased a plant area of more than 60 mu, and established Jiangsu Xingyang Illumination Technology Co., Ltd., with the registered capital of RMB 70 million. In 2013, the group newly founded Special Equipment Department specializing in production of various specially-shaped embossed rod pieces. The company realized the sales volume of RMB 0.15 billion in 2013, which has been increased by over 40% for 3 consecutive years. Having smoothly passed the SGS inspection of international authorized inspection organizations, our products are exported to Sudan, the Philippines, Laos, Vietnam, Tanzania, Dubai and other countries.
