XDL -- 1200/1800 crawler type full hydraulic core drilling machine is a full hydraulic chuck type through hole power head core drilling machine developed by our company according to the technical characteristics of rope coring, which is suitable for middle and deep hole core drilling.This machine has many patent technology, this drilling machine has the remarkable characteristic in the upper/lower drilling speed, the hole bottom pressure control, the drilling parameter display and the control aspect.This machine is mainly suitable for the core drilling of diamond composite sheet and hard alloy.It can be used in geological, prospecting, hydrological well, shallow oil and gas fields.
Main feature
1,Hydraulic disc brake main winch (patented technology), using hydraulically operated caliper disc brakes, the main winch has free hook performance, easy to operate, easy and reliable, can effectively shorten the drilling time and reduce the labor intensity of workers;
2,The constant pressure drilling control system (patented technology) is adopted to automatically (manually) set the drilling pressure (specific pressure of the drill bit and the bottom of the hole), improve the drilling efficiency, ensure the quality of the hole and prolong the life of the drill bit;
3,The control handle is arranged reasonably, the control is flexible and convenient,equipped with powerful dynamic parameter display control system (patented technology), which can control the engine speed, oil temperature and water temperature, hydraulic system pressure, mud pump pressure, drilling depth, hole bottom pressure and other parameters in time to facilitate the control of drilling
4,The mast on XDL-1200 is 10m high to make its processing vertical root length reach 6m, and a drill pipe bracket is added to facilitate the lifting of the drill tool;
