Medium density plate features

1. Uniform material, compact plate structure, smooth and smooth surface, not easy to be deformed, stable performance, smooth and delicate edge, not easy to collapse edge and layer;Non-toxic, tasteless, no radiation, good air permeability;

2. Good thermal insulation performance, no aging, strong adhesion;

3. The static flexural strength, tensile strength, moisture content, nail holding force, water absorption expansion rate and formaldehyde content are all better than GB/ t117181-999 and gbl8580-2001 national standards (the strength of the inner junction table is up to O.74Mpa, and the water absorption thickness expansion rate is less than 3%, and the moisture content is about 5%).

4. Medium density fiberboard is more delicate than ordinary particle board fiber, with smooth surface, no drum, no layering, which can greatly reduce the material usage.MDF is selected to mainly detect formaldehyde emission and structural strength. MDF is divided into E1 level, E2 level and E0 level according to formaldehyde emission. Formaldehyde emission is generally not more than 30mg/100g and is considered as qualified product.E1 and E0 levels are commonly used in piano production.[1]
