The 15 Trays BCF65 Blast Chiller and Blast Freezer is the most versatile blast chilling/freezing unit. Preserve the natural freshness, flavor, fragrance and color of your food with a blast chiller and freezer like this BCF65.

Great for pre-staging recipes or for ice cream and gelato preparation, this unit can be used as both a blast chiller and as a blast freezer. It has four cycles in standard mode: two cycles for chilling up to 3 degrees Celsius and two cycles for freezing down to -18 degrees Celsius. The stainless steel construction and rounded corners make the blast chiller / freezer easy to clean. This blast chiller / blast freezer features an indirect ventilation system to ensure consistent temperature distribution throughout the cabinet and prevents food from dehydrating.
