China 1550 Cold Rolled Annealing Hot DIP Galvalume Line

1. Line Feature
This line is cold rolled annealing hot dip galvalume line (55% Al), with the functionof annealing and reduction, hot dip galvalume, skin pass, tension levelling, self-lubrication/anti-finger print, oiling etc., the designed capacity is 320,000 tons per year, the raw material spicies is cold rolled hard steel coil SPCC, SPCD, IF (Accord with correspond National Standard), the specification is 0.25-1.2mm x720-1500mm, designed line processing speed is Max. 160m/min. With the line processing section to complete the process like annealing and reduction, hot dip galvalume, skin pass , tension levelling, self-lubrication (or anto-finger print) etc., the finish products accord with the standard.

Coil Loading-Payoff-Head Cutting-Welding-Entry Looper- Degreasing (Alkali Spray+Alkali Brush+Electrolysis Cleaning+water brush+water wash)-Hot Air Drying-Annealing and Reduction-Galvalume-Air Cooling-Water Quenching-Blowing Drying-Wet Skin Pass-Wet Tension Levelling- Sealf-lubrication/Anti-Finer Print-Curing Drying-Exit Looper-Oiling-Cutting-Recoiler-Coil Unloading-Packing
3. Packing & Shipping
1. Export standard wooden cases packed in suitable container.
