1.Description
This paper machine can use waste paper, wood pulp, sugarcane bagasse, straw etc. as raw material to make writing paper, a4 copy paper, newsprinting paper. the capacity is 2-3 ton/day. it includes the following parts:
1. pulp making production line
2. paper making production line
3. boiler section
4. paper processing section2.Main Features
1.Headbox and wire part
(1)Fourdrinier table length is usually between 13m and 24m.(decided by working speed).
(2)It can select open-type headbox when the working speed is less than the 250m/min;
(3)Select the air-cushioned headbox when the working speed is more than 250m/min.
(4)The dewatering components are usually uses the stainless steel vacuum suction box. Full ceramic girder or inserted ceramic girder.
2.Press part
(1)The press consists of a vacuum suction device, four rollers twin press and one main press.
(2)Four rollers twin press specially suit for making newsprint paper and writing paper.
(3)The main press can improve press nip width dewatering wet sheet strength and finished paper density.
3. Dryer part
It usually uses several dryer cylinder groups with the diameter of Φ1500mm or Φ1800mm. drive: closed gear box each dryer group single drive or single gear box each dryer group multi-points drive.
4. Calender
Calender: calender is used to increase the smoothness of paper.
5. Reeler part
Reeler: It can select horizontal pneumatic reeling machine or horizontal pope reeling machine according to the working speed.
6.Convewrting part:
Paper cutting machine is used to cut and convert the paper jumbo roll into paper sheet
